About the Role:

As an Associate UI/UX Designer, you’ll be an instrumental part of our design team, contributing to the development of innovative user interfaces and experiences across a variety of digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Execution: Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design solutions for digital products.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure design solutions align with user needs and business objectives.

6. Industry Engagement: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends and technologies to continuously enhance our design practices.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, demonstrating a track record of impactful design projects.
2. Educational Background: A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience showcasing a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
3. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
4. Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that highlights your design process, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively.
6. Analytical Thinker: A problem-solver at heart with a keen eye for identifying user needs and crafting intuitive solutions
7. Adaptability: A quick learner, open to feedback, and adaptable to new technologies and methodologies.
