Key Responsibilities

1.Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and review support tickets for appropriate resolutions by providing customer support through our communication channels.

2.Maintain appropriate documentation and records of customer interactions to adhere to internal policies and regulations.

3.Proactively gather and utilize customer feedback and suggestions

4.Review customer satisfaction reports to ensure customers are satisfied with the support they receive

5.Contribute to the development of future customer support processes

Qualifications

  1. Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Customer Service from a recognized University/ Institute.
  2. Relevant Industrial Qualification.
  3. 2-4 years experience in handling a similar role.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Verbal and Written).
  5. Ability to troubleshoot and repair IT equipment and having a good knowledge of it.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Dynamic individual with good negotiation skills and a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
