Key Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.

2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

3. Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

4. Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, requests for information, and product inquiries.

5. Coordinate product demonstrations and trials for potential clients, ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives and customers.

6. Follow up with leads to gather feedback, address concerns, and move them through the sales funnel.

7. Provide product training and support to clients as needed, guiding them through the onboarding process.

8. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales initiatives.

Requirements

1. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, computer science, or information technology
2. Strong sales skills are essential including excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, persuasive abilities, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Familiarity with the software industry, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics, is advantageous.
