Overview
We built this system for both Villa 60+ and Western Health Care (Pvt) LTD. Those companies conduct their business operating in multiple locations in Sri Lanka.
The system which we built for them provide up-to-date information regarding payment, availability of rooms, room types and etc. This digitalized system has increased the accuracy of the management decisions while reducing the cost

Problem
Villa 60+ and Western Health care (Pvt) Ltd engage in nursing care management in Sri Lanka. They are operating in multiple location in sri Lanka. They wanted built centralize system which provide up-to-date information about their business activities such as payment, availability of room and room type, caretakers details and etc.
The
Solution
After extracting necessary information our team start building a system. The system automated the process and had a centralize date base which provide all the information which required by the management of the company to make accurate decisions.
Dashboard which we include in the system provide up-to-date information regarding payment, what sort of room they do have and what the location that they do have vacant rooms and which caretaker is assigned for particular resident.
The
Impact
The system which we built for Villa 60+ and Western Health Care (Pvt) LTD provide a quick snapshot about their business process and it was easy to manage their all the site in a centralized manner. Overall cost was reduced, and both the company has a increase in overall productivity.
